Chief Financial Officer, founder of MyCFO, investor, doctoral candidate in economics at Poznań University of Economics and Business.
Since 2023, he has been developing MyCFO with growing client and team potential.
From 2018, he worked as Group CFO / Board Member at the Shared Services Center of the Polish capital group KSH Holding (approximately 15 companies), where he implemented financial strategies that contributed to significant business growth from 400 million to 1.2 billion in revenue in less than 5 years!
Between 2008 and 2018, he gained experience in corporate and SME banking, which enabled him to establish valuable business relationships. Over the years, he worked at renowned institutions such as Deutsche Bank, Bank BPH, BNP Paribas, and BZ WBK (Santander).
Outside of work, he is passionate about traveling and is a father of three children.
Chief Financial Officer
Doctor of Economics, graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Poznań University of Economics and Business. At MyCFO, he is responsible for ongoing client collaboration in the areas of: securing financing, management reporting, business advisory, and M&A processes. He has worked with manufacturing, service, and TSL industry companies.
Previously, he worked as an expert in developing hedging strategies covering FX, interest rates, and commodities. He supported corporate and SME clients in investing financial surpluses (dual-currency investments, investment deposits, and treasury and corporate bonds). As a currency dealer, he was also responsible for negotiating cooperation terms with clients, including FX spot transactions and PLN and foreign currency deposits.
Privately, he is a fan of metal music and has begun his journey with playing electric guitar. He travels extensively, enjoys reading, and spending time with his family.
Chief Financial Officer
Manager with over 25 years of experience in various sectors: banking, investment, industrial (machinery and equipment manufacturing), and commercial.
Between 2015 and 2024, he gained experience as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at a Polish company specializing in the production of machinery for the furniture industry. He was involved in building and developing organizational structures, managing teams, and overseeing financial and operational processes. He was also responsible for negotiations and comprehensive project management.
Between 2002 and 2014, he worked at financial institutions such as Raiffeisen Bank Polska and Credit Agricole as a manager with many successes to his credit.
After hours, his passion is off-road and automotive.
Chief Accountant
Passionate about accounting and controlling. Creative and full of initiative. Motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
For years, she has worked in an international environment, managing teams of over ten accountants. Excellent knowledge of Polish accounting standards, German GAAP, and IFRS.
Between 2005 and 2018, she served as Chief Accountant, Finance and Controlling Manager in the automotive industry at Mahle Behr and in the production of roller shutters at Polish Assembly Center.
Currently, she is a board member and manages a Shared Services Center. She oversees a large accounting team responsible for accounting in over 20 companies within a rapidly growing Polish capital group.
In her free time, she plays the piano and recharges her batteries at the gym.
