- User – any natural person accessing the Service and using the services provided through the Service by the Service Provider.
- Electronic Communication – Communication between parties via email and contact forms available on the website.
II. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the operation and use of the Service, and specify the scope of rights and obligations of Users and the Service Provider related to the use of the Service.
- The subject of the Service Provider's services is to provide free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Users to access content such as entries, articles, and audiovisual materials, or web applications and electronic forms.
- Any content, articles, and information containing features of guidelines or advice published on the Service are merely a general collection of information and are not directed at individual Users. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by Users.

- without written consent, attempts to detect security vulnerabilities in the Service and server configuration,
- attempts to upload or inject code, scripts, and software into the server and database that could harm the Service's software, other Users, or the Service Provider,
- attempts to upload or inject code, scripts, and software into the server and database that could track or steal User or Service Provider data,
- undertaking any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Service, or preventing the achievement of the Service's purpose.
- In the event of detecting an existing or potential cybersecurity incident or GDPR violation, Users should first report this fact to the Service Provider in order to quickly resolve the problem/threat and protect the interests of all Service Users.

- The Service provides services and tools enabling Users to interact with the Service in the form of:

V. Collection of User Data
To properly provide services through the Service, protect the Service Provider's legal interests, and ensure the Service's compliance with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes certain User data through the Service.
To properly provide services, the Service uses and stores certain anonymous User information in cookies.
The scope, purposes, method, and rules of data processing are available in the appendices to the Terms and Conditions: "GDPR Information Obligation" and in the "Privacy Policy", which form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

The above data is obtained via the Google Analytics script and is anonymous.
VI. Copyright
- The Service Provider is the owner of the Service and the copyrights to the Service.
- Some of the data placed on the Service are protected by copyrights belonging to companies, institutions, and third parties, not associated in any way with the Service Provider, and are used based on obtained licenses or free licenses.
- Pursuant to the Act of February 4, 1994, on Copyright and Related Rights, it is forbidden to use, copy, reproduce in any form, and store in search systems, with the exception of Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn search engines, any articles, descriptions, photos, and all other content, graphic, video, or audio materials found on the Service without the written consent or consent provided via Electronic Communication of their legal owner.
- In accordance with the Act of February 4, 1994, on Copyright and Related Rights, simple press information, understood as information itself, without commentary and evaluation by its author, is not subject to protection. The Author understands this as the possibility of using information from texts published on the service, but not copying all or part of articles unless this has been indicated in the specific material made available on the Service.
VII. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
- All provisions of the Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally amended by the Service Provider at any time, without stating reasons.
- Amendments to the Terms and Conditions come into effect immediately upon their publication.
- It is assumed that every User who continues to use the Service after an amendment to the Terms and Conditions accepts it in its entirety.
VIII. Final Provisions
- The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the Service's services are offered continuously. However, it bears no responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by Users, third parties, or the activity of external automated programs.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information placed on the Service at a time chosen by the Service Provider, without prior notice to Users using the Service's services.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, completely or partially disable the Service for the purpose of improving it, adding services, or performing maintenance, without prior notice to Users.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Service, without prior notice to Users.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to assign, in whole or in part, any of its rights and obligations related to the Service, without the consent and possibility of objection by Users.
